High intensity interval training (HIIT). In this class we will perform intense movements for 10-30 seconds and then short breaks! HIIT allows you to burn additional calories even after your session is finished!
Fitness for you is a functional fitness class where we use dumbells, barbells, and kettlebells to help aid fat loss and the building of strong, lean muscle mass!
During power hour we use a Tabata format (20sec on 10sec off) and go through different stations all of which have a different exercise movement! This class is a great way to boost your metabolism and anaerobic capacity!
All of our classes are perfect for any fitness level! Any and all exercises that we perform can be scaled back if needed to accommodate your specific needs! See you at class :)
